	Referrals may come directly from you or from your personal physician, a hospital, nursing home, family, or friends. All clients referred for home health services will have a free pre-admission interview with a Riverview Home Health registered nurse to determine if home health care is appropriate for their needs.

 

• Our skilled nursing services may include, but are not limited to: wound management; post-operative care; dressing changes; case management; health education; medication preparation and/or administration; IV therapies; venipuncture for lab work; central venous catheter care; diabetic care and diabetes managements - all under the direction of your personal physician.

• Our certified home health aides are available to assist with bathing/grooming, restorative care exercises, meal preparation, and light housekeeping and laundry.

• Our consultant services include nutritional guidance, medical social services, and specialized therapy programs - such as: physical, occupational, speech, and/or hand therapies.
