Riverview Rehabilitation & Health Care Center was founded by LouElla Gulbranson Nace in 1954.   As a family business, we focus on family - ensuring our clients, residents, and their families feel at home, surrounded by comfort and care.

Riverview's skilled nursing care and adult day care provide a home-like, secure atmosphere enriched with a variety of daily activities and events. Our activity department keeps life exciting while our nursing, rehabilitation, social services, and dietary departments work in conjunction to maintain the residents' optimal health and function.  Together, these departments are dedicated to providing the highest quality of health-care services and the highest quality of life.
