Ladies Dinner Show 2011

After the chaos of the storm clean-up, what's a better stress-reliever than a night out with the gals? On July 7th, Riverview held its annual Ladies Dinner Show, and thankfully, it was not held by the candlelight!

Riverview's residents, their invited guests, volunteers, and our volunteer staff enjoyed a gourmet salad dinner, conversations among dear friends, and a fantastic concert by Regina Gorter & Friends.

At left, Riverview founder LouElla Nace shares a laugh with Hazel Headrick and Rita Burns. This was just a sampling of the good time had by all!

Riverview applauds our fabulous entertainers, Regina Gorter & Friends! With a combination of old standards, patriotic numbers, and hymns, there wasn't a song that our guests didn't know by heart. Encouraging audience participation throughout her program, Regina was frequently joined by our amazing Riverview backup chorus. After listening to the joyous spirit of over 150 ladies singing, "Won't You Come Home, Bill Bailey?," we're still surprised he didn't show up, right then and there!
