Summer Communion & Baptism Service
with Flandreau's Second Presbyterian Church

On June 27th, the congregation of Flandreau's Second Presbyterian Church celebrated an outdoor baptism and communion service with Riverview's residents. The sunny service, followed by a fantastic seasonal luncheon prepared by Riverview's Culinary Department, provided a wonderful opportunity for fellowship and friendship.

Riverview would like to offer a special thank you to Pastor Stan Gruneich, pianist Darlene Hemmer, John Wiese, the family of Tyrico Mason, Jr., and the congregation of the Second Presbyterian Church for opening up their sanctuary and sharing their sunny spirits with our residents. What a truly "bright" day!

The Baptism of Tyrico Mason, Jr.

The Second Presbyterian Church also welcomed a new member into their spiritual community with the submersion baptism of Tyrico Mason, Jr., grandson to Riverview's Activity Assistant Bev Mason. Surrounded by family, friends, and an entire congregation of well-wishers, this young man chose to commit his life to a higher purpose. We all wish him the best for the journey ahead!
